CANCELLATION TERMS:
Please make note of your reservation details and inform us of any discrepancies immediately. Due to our intimate size, island location and seasonality, late cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Timely Cancellations: Your deposit, less 5%, will be refunded provided we receive notice of cancellation not less than 30 days prior to arrival, and 60 days for the period overlapping Christmas or New Years. Late Cancellations: Within 30 days of the arrival date (or 60 days for the period overlapping Christmas or New Years), your deposit will not be refunded regardless of the reason for cancellation. The same is true for stays which are shortened, no shows or early check-outs. In the case of early check-out, the deposit will be applied to any cancelled night of a confirmed reservation. As there are no refunds due to medical emergencies, bad weather, flight and ferry cancellations, etc., you may wish to consider purchasing Trip Insurance. Tropical Weather: In the unfortunate circumstance that the island is placed under a hurricane warning within 72 hours of your arrival, your deposit, less 5%, will be refunded provided we receive notice of cancellation.
Hotel and service tax, currently 24%, not included in the above rates.
Room rates are per room per night and include full English breakfast, nightly turn down service, use of the Resort's private beach with complimentary transfers, tennis court, books, DVD library, experienced concierge services, and complimentary Wifi.
Each room is designed for guest relaxation. A large tiled bathroom with a shower and tub or rain shower, direct dial telephone, air condition, overhead fan, in-room safe, hair dryer, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and amenities from Elemis.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: For bookings before the 1st of April 2022, cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a fee of 50% of the stay including tax. No-show and early departure fee is the full stay including tax.

Water taxi:
Temperature check before boarding.

The taxi driver will wear mask & gloves for baggage handling. 2 or 4 people per taxi for social distancing.
