Pilates Sessions June 2 to 9 – Sessions are led by Vanessa Pearce, who is the lead instructor and owner of London Pilates Studio, certified by STOTT PILATES and has taught fitness at all levels for fourteen years for clients with high-end sports training or rehabilitation needs. Her 50-minute sessions will be held twice a day for beginners to experts at Montpelier’s fitness studio overlooking Mount Nevis.
