Notes applying to all specials and packages:
- May not be valid during certain times of the year including the festive season and holidays
- None of the offers, specials, or packages may be combined and they must be requested at time of booking
- Extra nights are available upon request
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on double occupancy
- Hotel and service tax, currently 20%, are included in package and special rates
- Confirmation will be upon receipt of a 50% deposit
- Specials must be requested through our web site
- Refunds are not provided for items not used in any package
- Transportation is not included to or from any off site activities

Montpelier cannot be held responsible if any of the excursions are not available at time of stay; however we will do our best to provide similar substitutes.
